I have no idea what you're talking about but the only two good drum solos in existence are 1. the lead in to "Hot for Teacher" by Van Halen and 2. Some Led Zeppelin song I forget.

Whiplash isn't a good jazz movie, it's a good movie movie. It takes on typical after-school special themes but makes them really tense through good filmmaking. Check out whiplash if you like movies, you wont be disappointed. But dont watch the movie and think you know anything about jazz afterwards.
