This not having a license thing seems to be a hipster millenial thing. My generation you got it the day you turned 16 unless you were too dumb/too bad of a driver to pass the test. How do you even survive without one? The US doesn't have a functioning public transit system in most areas. Hipsters are loving faggots who wear tight pants and can't even drive.
