Generally speaking, I am a healthy, well-adjusted individual who has other, better outlets for dealing with the little problems in my life. Mainly I talk them over with my wife of 25 years. I find that being in a mature, stable relationship does wonders for not needing to venture into e/n. That and alcohol.

I did once, and it was a terrible mistake. Anything that drives someone to post in e/n is something they really should try to sort out personally, because the poster is typically the one with the most problems. I suppose posting could help some people realize it and do something about it, though.
