Essentially, the fact that the test was taken at all was a mistake, because cocaine isn't part of the normal out-of-competition testing list. Whether or not they were obliged to disclose it once it was mistakenly taken would be a question of law; I think it was divulged as the result of an FOI request from a journalist.
