I don't reddit, but it seems like it'd be alright. Shitposts get downvoted until they disappear and good posts get upvoted and are made more visible. There's bad stuff on the site and the site's owners should step in, but at the same time, you could use reddit and completely avoid the bad parts. I mean, there is crazy bad poo poo on the Internet, but that doesn't stop people from going online.

Reddit is the cool place to hang out. You can find most of the cool people there. In Reddit you can just chill and do whatever and totally relax. "Take it easy" is the Reddit motto, for example, that's how laid back it is there. Show up if you want to have a good time. Another good reason to show up is if you want to hang out with friends.
