iirc Trader Joes has it--their chocolate selection is pretty good, albiet not top top tier quality but infinitely better than most big brands, but cheaply priced. Best bang for the buck but there's a lot of really good fancier chocolate out there if you want to pay $7+ for a bar. Unfortunately it's not dark, but ikea has really loving good chocolate with hazelnut too.

Lindt makes a really good dark chocolate with chili . I've had a couple with chili that were better, but you can find lindt everywhere so thats my goto.
