ok so heres the plan so far: get a pulse-o-meter eat more vegatables eat five guys burgers and fries (no coke, iced tea only) do "squats" ? <--- need help with this one ? <-- and this one im going to have a five guys bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries today to kick things off! what am i missing here?
