One of the most hosed up news articles I read was a man in Florida ran over a gaggle of baby ducks intentionally in front of a boy and mother with a lawnmower. He was arrested thankfully, but the boy was possibly scared by the incident.  The only part of the story that did not bother me was the fact it was in Florida.

one thing that comes to mind was this news story in the OSHA thread about some poor worker that got trapped inside of an industrial size tuna low-temp oven that slowly and agonizingly killed him. anything involving that much misery and suffering like a slow painful death like that will probably get to me.

I think she's serving like 90 days on weekend conditions, but at her trial she didn't express any remorse. believed she did what she had to do to save those lil ducks and would do it again.
