that was a painfully boring second episode the whole drug dealer "moral" conflict was some weaksauce poo poo there was computer abuse, tree traversing c code and the stupid line this time was "we have a groupon for 4" Virion posted:slater is clearly CIA idk how the guy doesnt see it nah he's Crazy Old Anonymous which to be honest is the coolest element of the show

i just like seeing a show where the stuff they type into the bash prompt is legit the full anal penetration is good too that whole UR A ONE OR A ZERO thing was cringey though. a real programmer knows that 1s and 0s are equally important.

i remember seeing the first episode and thinking lol way to make the mr robot character an instantly recognizable actor surely this homeless guy played by christian slater won't be important later also it gets annoying that american tv has to have an attractive guy no matter what, it just seems really weird for a good looking/well dressed guy to look/act like that, it gets kinda jarring

if Christian Slater isn't real then like nobody on the show is real. the girl hacker has interacted with Shayla and blondie, so they see her as real, and they've interacted with everyone else on the show, so at bare minumum, they have to be real. girl hacker then in episode 4 directly interacts with all the other hackers, so they're real real, and the other hackers have directly interacted with Christian Slater. so either they hosed up continuity real badly and only Main Character and Girl Hacker are real, or all of them are real, or none of them are.

girl hacker interacted only once with christian slater and iirc it was an odd scene. there's some odd poo poo going on with girl hacker (she can see the men in black?) and I'm not sure what it is slater definitely isn't real, I think they disguised this better on the pilot but in episodes 3 and 4 every scene he's in it's super awkward how no one ever acknowledges his presence also there was the dream going all "elliote you're teh mr robot" in our faces

the internet also, I like this show, way better then scorpion. and this weeks episode was super obvious he slater. like, whenever someone talks to slater the hacker kid is quiet and reserved not saying anything in the background, then when hacker kid is in the foreground slater is in the back not saying anything. its a gimmick but its still better then scorpion and CSI Cyber. And its oddly self aware without winking directly in to the camera (except that one scene).

the few USA shows I've "gotten int" I've enjoyed, white collar, suits and now this although I doubt this will be a show I will watch with my wife, unlike the other two and the social anxiety of eliote fucks me off.
