And Emergent Biosolutions, developers of the Anthrax Vaccine used by the Department of Defense has heavy ties to the Bush White House. The Anthrax attacks following 9/11 were designed to generate paranoia of potential anthrax attacks among the general population so nobody would blink when the White House required 2.7 million members of the DoD to be vaccinated. Lots of investors and staff moved between the White House and EBS, making billions for the company and its investors. The dose, which cost under $5 to make was sold at between 27 and 90 USD per dose, and requires five shots the first year and an annual booster every year afterwards. The formula was approved by the FDA in 1970, despite not completing the required testing. Additionally, the manufacturing plant has frequently failed FDA safety inspections, leading to millions of contaminated batches being sent out. The DoD has spent tens of billions on this program, despite the fact that the vaccine has never been shown to be effective in humans, and 95% of those billions have been in pure profit for EBS and the Bush White House.

(EBS was not involved in the R&D of the vaccine, and so did not have to cover those costs with its exorbitant price)

Holy poo poo, what a pro scam. I mean seriously, kudos for pulling that one off.

The Bushes were feudin' with Saddam, and Cheney was positioned to make a fuckton of money. The Bush administration was looking for a reason to take down Saddam from day 1.

The thing with the Bush government is that theres a point at which you can be so hilariously corrupt in so many different ways at once that it's really hard to focus the public's attention on any one instance long enough to build enough momentum for there to be any consequences. Then make an idiot your front man and it looks like you're just well intentioned but incompetent rather than deliberately malicious, and everybody is too busy laughing at the clown to notice their pocket being picked.

If you're the regular type of government with only mundane levels of corruption then your slightest misstep will be scrutinised by the media for weeks if not months on end.

No, it didn't.

Ibn Saud forcibly took over part of the Hejaz which King Faisal's brother ruled in the 1920s, they were rival dynasties.

The Kingdom of Afghanistan and the Saudis were nothing to do with each other.

Yeah, Saud is a branch of Banu Bakr through Banu Hanifa and the Hashemites are a branch of Quraysh, they aren't related to each other in the least and constantly try to undermine each other

Lol @ ppl who buy the official story of 9/11

I like the Obama administration meltdown when a journalist did research and said Pakistan did know where Osama was hiding.

He was basically under house arrest by the ISI.

quote:

The White House's "most blatant" lie was that Pakistan's two most senior military officials were never informed of the mission, Hersh says.
While US officials say they found bin Laden by tracking his trusted courier, Hersh says they discovered his whereabouts from a former Pakistani intelligence officer who wanted the $25 million reward the US was offering.

The government claimed bin Laden was hiding out, but Hersh says the Pakistani intelligence agency had actually been holding him captive since 2006 to use him as leverage against Taliban and Al Qaeda activities in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

While the White House has said it would have taken bin Laden alive if it could have and that he was killed in a firefight, Hersh says that wasn't the case. "There was no firefight as they moved into the compound; the ISI guards had gone," Hersh wrote.

The article also takes issue with the White House's claim that bin Laden was buried at sea in a service that followed Islamic practices. "The remains, including his head, which had only a few bullet holes in it, were thrown into a body bag and, during the helicopter flight back to Jalalabad, some body parts were tossed out over the Hindu Kush mountains — or so the Seals claimed," Hersh reported, citing his senior US intelligence official.

You would have to be crazy to think the ISI didn't know about Bin Laden's whereabouts given their long reputation of stirring the pot in Afganistan.

Saudi Arabia pretty much used terrorism/jihad overseas as a useful way to get rid of young troublemakers. Also any sort of terrorist attack in Saudi Arabia is always caused by Shias/Iran.
