Thought Process: Saw Japanese baby rear end on TV and immediately thought of this forum. I get it -- China work safety policies are non-existent and weird Asian consumer culture island has odd things but where are the weird white dudes in the middle of said odd things?? More of this please, I merely tried to get the ball rolling with a terrible joke.

It might not be as bad as it looks, there's a number of traditional pilgrimages in Japan and that's a hat commonly associated with them. Most people don't have the time to completely walk a pilgrimage so many now do it by bus, train, cars, motorcycles or even helicopters. If you're wealthy enough you can pay someone to do the pilgrimage for you and devote their karma to you. I was backpacking around Japan and I got stuck in a town with no hotels so I had to sleep outside, I ended up walking along the coast for a bit the next morning and everyone was crazy friendly, turns out I was on the pilgrimage route and got mistaken for a foreign pilgrim. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shikoku_Pilgrimage

Haier posted:samurai_sanders.jpg Did you know Colonel Sanders cursed Osaka? wikipedia posted:The curse was said to be placed on the team because of the Colonel's anger over treatment of one of his store-front statues,[1] which was thrown into the Dōtonbori River by celebrating Hanshin fans following their team's victory in the 1985 Japan Championship Series.[2] As is common with sports-related curses, the Curse of the Colonel was used to explain the team's subsequent 18-year losing streak.[2] Some fans believed the team would never win another Japan Series until the statue had been recovered.[3] They have appeared in the Japan Series three times since then, losing in 2003, 2005 and 2014. There's a bit more to the story and only a few deaths associated with the Colonel. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_the_Colonel peanut posted:Kawaii peanut posted:Sugoi Was this based on a thread where a goon got a Japanese girl pregnant?
