Stream: http://e3.nintendo.com/ Rather than spend a half hour on Tuesday talking about some poo poo only Smash super-nerds care about like balance tweaks, Nintendo is doing a Smash-only event to talk about that stuff today. If you managed to avoid all the spoilers, this is probably the worst thread for you to post in. The new characters being announced have already been leaked, but you'll get to see more about them I guess? Nintendo World Championships 2015 (3:00 PM PT/6:00 PM ET -- Pre-Show at 2:30/5:30) Host: Kevin Perriera Stream: http://e3.nintendo.com/ There has yet to be a Nintendo live stream of people playing video games competitively that hasn't been weird and awkward as gently caress. Like last year's Smash Bros tournament, the theater is going to be packed with poo poo-stained Nintendo nerds and speedrunners. Well, some speedrunners, like Tri-Hex. And then Youtube Celebrities like Egoraptor. Did you notice Kevin Perriera is the host? Did you look down and notice Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb? Is Leo Laporte gonna swing in from the rafters, what the gently caress. The games being played are supposed to be a mystery, except for the first: a speedrun of Zelda 1. This event badly, direly needs Joel McHale. Bethesda is known for poorly tested role playing games, and more recently taking a 40% cut of mods & patches they didn't even work on, but they're also known for publishing much better games from other developers, like Dishonored and Wolfenstein: The New Order. Fallout 4 was already announced. What happens when you take a Gamebyro engine held together with scotch tape and paperclips, and attempt to make a next-gen game with it? Can a game glitch so hard it brings the theater down with it?  welcome to hell
