It's either the wife or the security guard, because they claimed to be attracted to the crime scene by different things. I think it's the guard --- how would he hear glass breaking, but not have heard a man scream earlier?

I feel like Sassina died last. All three of them killed the boss and then celebrated with the wine that ended up tainted, but then there has to be that last person in play unless Sassina suicided somehow.
