While Renchon is without a doubt the most powerful character, I find Hotaru to be the most fascinating simply cause of the gap between her age, her appearance, and her personality. It's so easy to forget that she's the second youngest member of the cast and focus solely on her hella-aggressive crush on Komari and her reserved outer appearance that it can come as a shock when she gets so giddy over stuff like igloos made of snow and whatnot. Watching kids acting like kids is pretty adorable.

This was a good episode, as always. The frog song was the best, but the terrifying monster was also very good, and Renge drawing of herself feeling things made me want to draw how that made me feel. So I did.
