Genie Bouchard wasn't a top 8 bet anyway, but she pulled out of Eastbourne today after falling behind Belinda Bencic 4-6 0-3 due to "abdominal pains". I watched the match and although Genie's movement did seem sluggish, I'm not sure if she just wanted to throw in the towel. I'd say the over/under on when she gets knocked out at Wimby is the 3rd round.

Serena has Venus 4R and Azarenka/Ivanovic in QF. Sharapova has Pennetta/Petkovic in 4R and Pliskova/Safarova in QF. Halep has Lisicki/Bacsinszky in 4R and Wozniacki/Giorgi/Kerber in QF. Kvitova has Jakovic 3R, Radwanska 4R, and Cornet/Keys in QF. Bouchard gets a nobody 1R/2R and her only potential threat in 3R is Keys. If she does make the QF, assuming Kvitova is there, it'll be another 6-2 6-1 decimation.

Looking forward to the Bouchard train wreck. Her ranking is going to tank when she fucks it up again. Not even sure she had an injury against Bencic, I think she realised she was on her way to getting golden setted. Hate the new Wimbledon website but at least it's better than the French Open one. After two very quick matches on Centre Murray is just giving the crowd some value for money. e: Bouchard is a game away from losing Nearly one year on from the 2014 final, Bouchard loses in the first round and Kvitova crushed some poor sap in 35 minutes. I think the problem is Bouchard and her terrible attitude. e2: Halep is going to get bounced out too at the rate she's going.
