Most won't have time for a second chance or even to call 911. I was lucky and these boards are lucky that I survived.

Cholesterol kills which means all that meat and fried foods will one day stop your heart. I had mine at age 44. a friend of mine died at age 46 of an HA and a colleagues husband last week died at age 49 of this. It sucks that my heart is now so hosed up that my cardiologist has to do a double take to make sure the electrodes aren't reversed due to the screwed up electrical pathways my heart had to make (the wonders of the human body) to keep it beating but I'm here and hope you will be too.

ps. I wasn't fat or overweight just bad genetics and not listening to my medical doctor when he told me to cut back on red meats and take cholesterol lowering pills that cost me over a hundred dollars for a months supply. I couldnt afford it.
