Took the Murci in because I noticed a leak (and shuddering on braking) of some sort and my AC wasn't working.

So, they checked the entire AC system, took all 4 wheels off to check the suspension, checked the brakes, tracked down the AC problem, fixed it, recharged the freon, took the diff off the car to hunt down the leak, found the leak was from a leaky seal, replaced the seal, and put everything back together. Oh, and fixed a steel bar that literally saved my side skirts after I high centered on a speed bump.

Total bill? $800. Absolutely blown away. Nice to have trustworthy mechanics.

Oh god functioning AC is amazing. I just drove around in the Lambo for an hour to cool off. What bizzarro world is this.

You Am I posted:

I used to find that Euro cars had sucky air con. What's the Lambo's like?

It was horrendous until this week when I took it in for servicing. They found a small leak and recharged the freon and now it's like Jack Frost is blowing his load in my face.

It's a seriously seriously powerful AC unit for such a tiny interior cabin.

Curious about how big a Murcielago engine really is?

Real loving big.
