No the chicken was a tangent we went on about as a joke. There's more slaves now than in the history of the world. The world is still busy murdering each other. Diseases are coming back around, every year it seems I get some exciting new flu. Eventually some flu is gonna go super saiyan and kill tons of people. Just because I live well doesn't negate the fact that things are getting worse. Civilization might be better than it was in the past but it's clearly devolving.
