Another interesting twist, I think regdates can appear different to different users depending on the time of day the poster registered, and user's control panel timezone settings, if they are different from the server time zone (CDT UTC-5)
Maybe I should set the registration time to like noon as well.

That probably sounds really stupid because I explained it stupidly, but if someone registered at 11:30 pm local time in LA last night, I think his or her regdate would appear as June 30 to everyone using Pacific time, but July 1 to everyone using a time zone east of that.
