More importantly it risks sending the Admiral and the Prez to the Brig, but in the end we have no clue who might or might not be loyal at present.

At the same time I can't quite bring myself to give much of a poo poo about Morale at this stage.

Yes, the player that launches the Viper chooses, but I assumed that Mark VIIs started damaged and I expect Pander did the same.

Is it worth seeing if Cocks will let us swap it out? It seems like it was honestly a knowledge gap and the Viper hasn't done anything meaningful yet.

Side question: What rule modification means Mark VIIs start repaired and not damaged in this game? Is that part of DEFCON or something else?
