If 'gently caress it Morale's at 9' is toaster talk I've seen more than a few all-cylon games, but the choice feels pretty rear end either way. Better now than later, I guess.

Yes, the player that launches the Viper chooses, but I assumed that Mark VIIs started damaged and I expect Pander did the same.
