Welcome to Restrictive Diet Mafia, a game for 11 players.



This is a fairly standard, role and flavour light game that still has a few twists and turns. It will be healthy, protein rich food vs. terrible food that will make me sick.

Standard Rules:
  • Days will be 2-4 IRL days, Nights will be 24 hours.
  • Hangings will be majority (days can end in a no hang)
  • Thread will be closed at night
  • No fake day actions

Asiina looks in the fridge, and stupidly decides that even though she has to leave very soon she is going to have something that takes over an hour to cook, because she is a moron.

She takes the spaghetti squash out of the fridge and with a giant cleaver cuts it in half, she feels very strong. Roughly an hour later she is enjoying her not-quite spaghetti. She is now very late for swimming and rushes out the door.

1) Pre-heat oven to 400
2) Cut squash in half lengthwise
3) Scoop out seed
4) Rub extra-virgin olive oil and garlic on flesh of squash

6) Place face down on aluminum foil lined baking sheet
7) Bake for 40 minutes
8) Let cool slightly then shred squash away from skin with a fork, it should come apart easily.
9) Serve in place of pasta with high protein pasta sauce or chili.

One squash makes 4-6 servings: 20 calories, 1g protein

Swimming was fun times, as always, even though the showers at the pool are hot as hell and burn your face. Asiina gets home, hungry from her workout, which is great cause it's time for lunch. She knows exactly what she's going to make too, since it's suer high in protein and so drat good. She pulls the deli meat and cheese from the fridge and gets to work.

It is hot as poo poo in Kingston today. Asiina wants to go outside and actually enjoy the summer, but because she is a horrible pasty nerd who will burn to a crisp if she even approaches sunlight, she instead decides to stay in and have a nice cool, protein fueled drink.

It's finally cooled down and it's time to make dinner. Asiina has a hankering for the most delicious food in the world: pineapple pizza! Bread is off the list, but luckily one whole wheat tortilla is still okay (as long as the rest of the carbs for the day remain low). Time to indulge!

King Burgundy, Tortilla Pizza, town-aligned vanilla was eaten N2.

The next morning Asiina wakes up bright and early. It's the weekend and no swimming, so it's time to spend all day cooking a pot roast. A few days back she found a nice lean cut of meat and it's time to cook that sucker up. The house is gonna smell good today!

  • Veloutine or corn starch.
  • Olive oil

Instructions
1) Leave roast on counter until it is room temperature.
2) lightly brush with olive oil and season with spices on all sides
3) Sear all sides on medium-high heat then place in slow cooker
4) Place baby carrots whole into slow cooker
5) Peel and cut potatoes into large cubes, coarsely chop celery and onion, place all into slow cooker.
6) Pour 1-1 ½ cups of beef broth on top and cover
7) Cook for 8 hours
8) At least 1 hour before serving sprinkle veloutine or cornstarch and mix, this will thicken the joux into a gravy. You can separate it into a sauce pan beforehand if you want, but screw that.

1 serving (~3oz meat, couple of vegetables): ~150 calories, 20g protein.

Asiina was still cooking her pot roast because it takes 8 hours and it's only been 4, but she was hungry waiting for it to cook, so decides to have some lunch. There's not much in the fridge, but she digs around back there until she finds a pan wrapped in tinfoil. What could this be? Is it delicious and nutritious riced cauliflower? Peeling back the tinfoil she looks into the pan and sees gooey orange noodles. Oh god, Mac and Cheese! Mac and Cheese is delicious but the carbs and the calories are insane! No, this has to go. She scoops the food into the garbage and instead has a scrambled egg and a babybel. Much better.

Asiina's pot roast was finally done and frankly it was delicious. She cuts up the rest and puts it into 12 different snack bags and it all goes into a freezer bag. Yay easy meals for the next month when she's too lazy to cook.

However it's the next morning and she is not too lazy to cook this time. Feeling like something gooey and warm, but not wanting to think about that mac and cheese she threw away yesterday, she grabs a can of tuna to make lunch with.

Instructions

1) Turn oven to broil and put rack in highest position

3) Scoop mix onto melba toast
4) Shred or slice cheese and place on top, I use the slicer on my cheese grater
5) Place on cookie sheet and put in oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted (watch carefully to ensure it doesn’t burn.

Makes 1 portion: 210 calories, 22g protein.

Asiina finally gets home after the longest day of her life, having had no food to eat. She is absolutely starving so heads straight into the kitchen, ignoring her annoying cats. She opens the fridge and there, right in the middle of the shelf, is the best looking chocolate cheesecake she has ever seen. It is practically shining off the light of the fridge. How did this even get in here?

She takes the cake out of the fridge and places it on the counter. Man, does it look tempting.

But no, she hasn't worked this hard to waste it on cheesecake that'll just make her sick. In a fit of self-empowerment she doesn't just throw the cheesecake into the garbage. She throws it off the balcony. It makes a satisfying splat as it hits the sidewalk below, and Asiina gets fined $100 by her landlord, but it was worth it.

Heading back into the kitchen she looks and sees all the ingredients for Meatloaf and miniquiches and she can even make sugar-free protein filled cookies if she wants something sweet. She's gonna be alright.

8) When done, place sliced cheese on top and broil for one minute until bubbly.

So this was my attempt to balance an 11-person game, which are notoriously difficult to balance. There was a doctor, watcher, and cop, but otherwise vanilla town. There were only two scum but they both had a NK. I think it was a relatively successful experiment and I may run it again as an open setup at some point.
