Fun fact: in the late 1800s and early 1900s, lobster was considered a food for people who could not afford proper fish. Kids who took lobster sandwiches to school were teased for being poor. Then some rich guy said "Eating the salty flesh of a scavenging sea animal that is reasonably closely-related to cockroaches should be a delicacy reserved for the truly rich." and everything changed.
