My favorite thing about Maryland roads is they will put signs up saying "Slower Traffic Keep Right" on the more major highways. So you can be pulled over for doing the speed limit while in the left lane. Except you can also be pulled over for speeding if you are going above the speed limit in the left lane. Traffic Law: Making criminals of everyone on the road door to door for over 50 years. It's all about giving police probable cause to pull you over anyhow.

MA highway speed limit is 65, most traffic goes 80-85 unless you're near boston and stuck in stop and go during rush hour or something. There are a few areas staties camp as well. I've never seen anyone doing under 90 pulled over on the highway either unless they were weaving through traffic, drove through a work area, or drove like they were drunk.
