I called my Mum and she said she'd do it. She's 70 and has no idea about anything internet related. She's the most responsible person I know. She can't be doxxed either because aside from her bridge club and email she just doesn't use the internet and even if she did she's retired so she doesn't have a job to get fired from.

I asked my mum what she'd do about bad posters and she said that she wouldn't ban them because otherwise how will they learn to be better? She said she'd take them aside and give them a polite and heartfelt talking to. Hopefully they'd be able to work out whatever issues led to the bad posting and everything will be golden.
