So people keep bitching and moaning about how lovely this forum is and how it needs to change. Problem is no one ever can come to a conclusion on what GBS is supposed to be. So fellow GBSers, what is GBS for you? Is it a repository for news? Is it a place for you to just shitpost? Or is it something else?

It's Nega-Mecca. Instead of a universal pilgrimage, it's universal avoidance.

Ideally, GBS should be Miscellaneous: The Forum, but people should view that as a freedom instead of some kind of offensive slur that they now have to live up to by posting that they're making GBS threads right now.

I like to think of gbs as a repository for my semen, at least figuratively speaking. I spread my seed throughout threads that catch my fancy and see the threads grow and mature into successful young men, women, or both (figuratively speaking).
