Let's post about Ramangate!
I'll summarize what happened real quick for those of you who don't follow the JPL (judging by the posts in this thread, that's a lot of people).
Benito Raman is a 21-year old player for Gent. He hasn't played much recently, and yesterday just after he got subbed on in the 90th minute, the ref ends the game. So he was on the pitch for 6 seconds.
But Gent won the game anyway so all the players walk around on the field and celebrate with the fans. The captain is handed a mic and thanks the fans for a great 2015 (it was the last homegame of the year). Afterwards they celebrate some more wit 'the kop'. Raman now asks for a mic and gets one from a steward. Everybody is curious, and he starts singing: "Alle boeren zijn homo's!" ("all farmers are gay", farmers referring to Club Brugge supporters, who lost 4-1 to their rival Anderlecht earlier. It's also a song that gets sung alot by opponents of Club Brugge). The mic is quickly snatched away from Raman and the crowd is singing and cheering.

After the game there's a lot of outrage on social media. And now Raman is suspended for an indefinite time. The club also apologised to the LGBT community and the agraric community (lol).

Raman is such an idiot, it's hilarious. #freeraman #jesuisbenito

EDIT: what a post to :page3:

Poor Raman, he's clearly a 21 year old kid that has no idea how to control himself (see the CL match where he was subbed out 10 minutes after he subbed on lol). Like, talk to him sure, ban him from matches sounds harsh.
In better news, the Kortrijk gangrape wasn't rape says the victim (I'm not too sure if she was paid of or w/e, but it's holidays season so I'm going to be optimistic and believe that it wasn't rape).

Also, Brugge can still win. Good for them, the gay farmers :smug:

We also dumped Godeau and loaned a French guy. I'm feeling good about our transfers. Dalsgaard's already looking good with two goals. I'd have mayyybe like another player up front, but it'd just have been another bad Frenchman as usual so w/e. Also I'm glad Jesper Jørgensen is gone.

How do you feel about Mbark Boussoufa being back, beedeebee? Hein doesn't seem impressed.

Yeah, I'm an idiot and thought the transfer deadline was Sunday night. Maybe I can be bothered to update my post sometimes.

What I feel about Boussoufa returning? I don't know. It's nice to see a player like that back at your club. But I don't know who he'll replace. He also hasn't played in a long time and I'm not sure he'll fit right in. Also the team we have right now is really a team, no 'stars' or big egos in the group, hope Boussoufa doesn't kill that great atmosphere. But if he wants to work and train hard, I am sure he can begin something extra to the team.

Also Hein made it sound like the board bought Boussoufa without consulting him first. If so, that's pretty weird.

Seems like a pretty unnecessary signing, really. It's not like you need him and even though you might get him on a free in the summer, I don't really see the point in doing so.

I agree. But he's here, so let's make the best of it I guess?

Maybe promises have been made to other players on the team re: leaving and this is his six months audition as a temp replacement? Eh, I look forward to seeing what he can do.

So, now that Anderlecht is losing: if it stays like this and Brugge win at Gent tonight, they become champions right? This is problematic.

So I hear Besnik Hasi is odds-on to become the new manager of famous Polish powerhouse club Legia Warsaw (paging Mackintosh), is he bad or real bad?
