Frosted mini wheats/honey bunches of oats/honey nut cheerios, glass of OJ Ham and cheese with mustard on rye or turkey and cheese with mayo on pumpernickel, bag of veggies (snow peas or baby carrots), 2 cookies (cuz they're 140 calories each) Dinner varies a lot more than breakfast and lunch, but strong tendency toward pasta since I hate/suck at cooking
