 i actually met sonic youth before they played in pomona when i was in high school. i thought it'd be a good idea to be a dumb poo poo and run up and be all "hey im a big fan" and only thurston stopped to say hi. kim just gave me this look like "gently caress you poo poo head" and I just sheepishly waved like the limp dick I am. now whenever i listen to sonic youth i picture her face and i hate myself a little more.
