This. Fisher just bypassed the concussion protocols to kill his own QB. And of course the Rams remain cheap shot headhunter fuckbags.

I feel like the Giants have been completely overlooked in the NFC East race. Maybe it's just the stuff I'm reading and listening to, but everyone only ever talks about the Eagles and STILL the Cowboys like they have a shot to win it.

The Giants are the generally accepted playoff spot for the NFCE, which means speculating about them going to the playoffs is boring. Everyone wants to believe The Rotting Corpse Formerly Known as the Philadelphia Eagles or Tony Romo and Dez Bryant Feat. The Cowboys can do it.

Case Keenum got concussed on a hit (you could clearly see him struggle to get up and was woobling around afterward with some balance issues), and Fisher kept him in. After the post-game presser, Fisher didn't mention a word about the concussion. Basically, he Brady Hoke'd it.

And even Washington (despite getting pounded by Carolina) has a better chance than the Eagles and Cowboys. They'll be leading the division with a win against New York next week!

As bad as you make it sound, I still think you're underselling it. He had to be picked up by an offensive lineman and still couldn't keep his feet. Foles knew right away something was up and started warming up.

Flacco tripped on his own player, Forsett was sort of a freak accident, no idea about Monroe. Rams have a bunch of dirty hits, but they couldn't tackle worth a gently caress in the Raven's game much less hit anyone.

Just a heads up, running the douche thread is going to be a bit tricky for me this year because I finally have a real job that has me training two states away five days a week until mid May. I should be able to do it still, but I don't think that I'll be able to start the nominations the day after the draft like I have been in the past.

If anyone wants to be a really cool guy or gal that has enough time on their hands to take it over (30 minutes a day, tops) and run it in my place, post in this thread and I'll give you the go ahead. If not, I'll do it as soon as I'm back home more regularly.

On a personal note, my Poli Sci degree seems to be the garbage that I suspected it was because I found a fast food management gig with the fastest expanding chain in the country that pays assistant managers $60k. That's high class living in Starkville.

I understand the need to swallow poo poo at times for the bigger picture, but Hardy is almost certainly out of the league and is near universally reviled around the NFL. There's no need to carry water for him here.

If anything, Schefter probably shouldn't have been the one to do the interview. Have Schaap or someone who fills the "journalist" role versus the reporting that Schefter/Mort do.

My local radio station played a 30 second clip of Hardy "explaining himself" and uh... yeah. I came out thinking he's a moron AND an abuser.

It was basically like:

Hardy: "I've never laid hands on a woman"
Schefter: "bruh, we've seen photos of bruising on your ex, everyone has seen them"
Hardy: "I'm not going to say I didn't do anything wrong..."
