One of them exists. The record is under 31 minutes, but it uses a save file with all the balls and levels unlocked.

Hmm. I don't know about the first game, but the second game had secret codes that unlocked stuff. Anyway, a dedicated person could probably try to find the codes in the game data if they really wanted to. Might be easier than trying to brute force it, at least.
