I created a carrier for each ship in my home planet before realising it's for fleets and that every STAR started with 10 ships, not just my capital  no other 4x has you start with ships outside your capital !!

It's also not all that expensive a mistake in the grand scheme of things.

I think we should all gang up on the players who haven't even bothered to join the game yet. Disgraceful. You just know these will be the same people who drag it out for 47 hours every turn for the rest of the game, may as well weed them out as early as possible.
