Certainly a reversal from the last few games. We went from no dingers to all the dingers.

I guess we won't be satisfied until we've murdered the entire starting lineup of the Pirates. He may be out, too. Yep, out. gently caress.

Another inning, another stranded RISP. Now if we can just not give up 3 runs before we get 3 outs.

Pirates are now only two ahead of the Cubs, and four or five back from the Cards depending on how they do tonight. Then Cubs and Cards go head to head in Wrigley for three games right after that. Who do the Pirates even root for in that series? I guess the Cubs, while hoping the Pirate manage to streak and keep their lead? Basically what I'm saying is that NL Central is pretty sweet if you like competition.

Lynn's now up to 20 pitches with two walks and only one out. Maybe we can actually afford for Haren to be vaguely bad today after all. Maybe.

Be pretty pissed at all these fly outs if I were a Cards fan, tbh. Haren is lobbing the most dinger perfect pitches again and again, and they just can't quite get it there. Especially that Peralta hit, god drat.
