I do not use an inhaler or take ritalin. The fact that there are a lot of drugs that can give a false positive makes me worry because tests like this are used to determine things like probation violations and send people to jail.

What drugs do you take including over the counter medications? There are some that are cross-reactive. What kind of test was done? Blood, urine, hair, oral fluid?

Do you know what you're levels were? Did it show a trace, or did it show high amounts? Even if you actually used meth, it would flush out of your system in a handful of days.
