Nothing is better than a bunch of salivary glands and lymph nodes! But seriously, I saw 9 oz tubes of chorizo for $1.29 at the grocery store and I had been looking for something to do with the frozen potatoes o'brien bag I have in the freezer (they were on sale, $1 for 28 oz bags!)... so I made some chorizo potatoes o'brien. I really should have added eggs, but I didn't even think about it, and it still tastes very good. What delicious things do you make with chorizo, goons?

chorizo is like the bottom of the barrel poo poo that most people wouldnt even put into a sausage its like they couldnt sell that trash on its own they had to make it spicy as gently caress so you cant taste the pig colons

I'm not much for vegan crap but soy chorizo is ten types of kick rear end, and considering Mexican chorizo is delicious and edible compared to the disgusting leather textured dog treats Yerds eat says a lot.
