start lifting weights (lotta beginners guides on the ol' www, starting strength could be ok?). add in stuff like pushups, squats etc (check out 100 pushups and such, they have apps too). watch what you eat, ramp up protein and throw in lots of veggies and whole grains and some cool fats too. i believe in you OP
