I think it's a mistake to make Athena discard. Everyone in this game has mixed affiliations and goals, and we're presumably all going to do something lovely for them. We can't afford to make plays out of spite. Hell, you can't really afford to do that in a regular BSG game. No one knows what their true allegiance is going to be yet. It's to all our benefits to play human-positive while working on our agendas. Additionally, with Athena's hand, discards are probably going to be more TRE, which might get her brigged through Mutiny draws. With the poo poo on the board, the last thing we need is our only pilot in the Brig. I had another point but i forgot it during naptime.
