It is a modernised western nation under the rule of law. That figure is insane if you have 10 million people, 100 million people or a billion people. For fun I'm going to go look at the murder rate by any means for China during that time. China has more than 4 times your population and 4 times less murders per capita. How w do u know these numbers? Ur magic!
