jeff jarrett won the title in a king of the mountain match, immediately vacated it, and then pj black won it in another king of the mountain match. Bobby Roode won it from him in a regular match

That's one of the most fascinating things about TNA. They make these huge announcements, with press releases and videos, hyping a new wrestler or backstage talent or event or initiative, and then it's cancelled or ignored within a week.

Did TNA even do anything much with Hebner or is he there entirely because of the name value he got from WWE? (Guessing as it's TNA of course they repeated the screwjob angle, likely multiple times)

They did use him for screwjobs (what else would you do with him) and actually had merch for him that said 'drat Right I did' (in response to the 'You Screwed Bret' chants he used to get) which actually sold pretty well at the one TNA house show I went to around 2009.

the building where BFG is being held has regular wrestling shows there that only do 400-500. ICP ran there and didn't do much better. BFG is gonna look like a jonestown gathering.
