oh man sweet new concept hes a troubled young hotshot chef who has drug problems but he's just so god drat passionate he's going to force everything to work. is he cocky? you bet. is he unbearable to his critics? of course. but the man makes food that you aint never seen before i tell you gosh darn what. wow he's just feeling it so much he's slamming them plates against the wall, he's yelling at those line cooks something fierce. makes that gordon ramsey guy look like a kitten.

somebody read one of anthony bourdain's books, copied the whole thing, but made him handsome instead of a frenchie gremlin. how many more lovely bradley cooper movies have to come out before he's no longer academy award nominee bradley cooper and back to generally charming but otherwise boring guy from the hangover bradley cooper
