for pho, ban mis, and many other asian dishes: it's sriracha or the garlic chili sauce if you don't like heat for mexican food: it's some sort of salsa (ranging from mild to scalding) for hotdogs: it's a toss-up between ketchup, mustard, and relish. all 3 are important imho. for burgers: it's mayo. for french fries: i prefer ketchup actually
