It's interesting how Murphy and Cespedes are free agents at the end of the season and their performances in the playoffs is dictating public opinion on whether to sign them or not, with no regard to regular season performance.
It's not like a strong performance post trade meant Cespedes is a superstar forever and ever. He's had streaks of dominant hitting before but he also had lots of bad spells. He's also banged up.

Announcers are really overselling Kendrys here.
