I watched that entire show trying to figure out why it appealed to people but never did. The only one I found entertaining was the reverse universe one.

I never really watched red dorf I just kinda remember like turning it on one time and like the joke was somethign baouty like the robot guy took off his weener and now it was running around the ship and they had to try to catch his weener. I turned it off and did not watch it ever again

red dwarf is good, it has a good central premise a guy is put in stasis for bring a cat aboard the ship red dwarf, an accident happens that floods the ship with radiation killing the whole crew, the ship's AI just flies on for 3 million years till the radiation level drops. the guy comes out of stasis and discovers he's the last living human, the ship creates a hologram of his arsehole bunkmate to keep him sane and they find the last of a race of cat people that evolved from his cat and later a robot and spend the time flying back through the debris that radiated out from earth

Like Hitchhiker's Guide meets Monty P lite. BBC does good miniseries for sci-fi but frankly Dr. Who can suck it. Brits are way better at detective shows, imo. Peace.
