The refs have been letting the Leafs get away with a lot of the clutch and grab poo poo that's poisoning hockey, and the Stars don't seem to have the will or the energy to skate through it tonight. I don't see a comeback as being likely. Just another reminder (along with the ugly Colorado and Florida loses) that this team is nowhere near good enough on a night to night basis to be considered a contender.

The Hawks are not very good so far this year (by Central division standards anyway). At least Toews is still fun to watch. And Panarin/Teuvo are still cool.

A lot of the Stars offense has been very perimeter oriented. That's one thing last year's team had on this year's edition.. they didn't settle for outside shots and worked their way into the scoring chances areas much more often.
