Now that I think about it, last year before the signings started we gave each FA a numerical value (from 1-10) that reflected how certain we were that they would sign with that team. I guess it's too late to do that now.

I think a fun tweak would be to reward unique guesses. Like if 10 people were correct with a safe guess, great, but only 1 or 2 people made a weird guess and got it right it could be worth more. How much more? beats me, friend.
