Having neither server nor crashing issues. Enjoying it so far, got eaten by a bear. Bad game to play during Winter though, just looking at Lara shiver in the snow makes me cold too!

It doesn't pop right away when you get to the right spot, you have to keep it in place a couple of seconds before it unlocks. With a controller it'll start vibrating, so if you have one use it for this at least.
