Dumb internet challenge or not, three of my goals for this year have been: 1) Quit drinking so god damned much 2) Quit smoking 3) Get down to 185 (195 level right now, down from 208 when goal was stated). I don't much care for holiday drinking, and I'd think about moving a pass to the typical b-day moroseness (12/23), but that's dumb. Count me in for Iron Man. Ban me if I gently caress up. Might as well support someone trying to do some good and try to do some good to myself at the same time.

Also not gonna lie when I was sober could have done laundry on my abs. I also got cut freakishly fast because I went from a ton to nothing and people thought I was on meth People don't think about it but even a shot of clear stuff is like 200-300 calories

Ok nevermind the clear stuff (vodka etc) is about 100 calories. Which is why I drink it; but I don't act like its the 0 calorie diet soda option. Apparently even whisky isn't much higher than vodka if at all in calories. Then again sure it depends on what it's distilled from then once you start getting into all that crazy flavored poo poo
