Why does your game say 1.22 b4, and mine only 1.22? Am i not seeing the beta download link, or are you just using an old beta that was made into the official 1.22 patch.

Obviously improved over time with better guns and such, but see if it works at all or how the game deals with that. If you only build battleships you'll lose every battle by default on account of not being able to field the shiptypes the battle is asking for.
