I think the only bosses that share songs are Tower Knight and Penetrator.

Sim Broadway from SimCity 3000 is a fantastic Gershwin-esque piece that sets the game's tone brilliantly. It may be the awkward middle child between 2000 and 4 gameplay-wise, but 3000's atmosphere and style were top notch, and the music played a great part in that. And speaking of awkward middle children: Civilization III's modern era music. Nothing sets a more poignant tone for clearing up pollution or fighting late-game wars than Stars. Or if you want something more hardcore for those wars, there's always Smash. One of the things I miss most about Civ IV and V is the modern era music from III. And since it wouldn't be a music list by me if it didn't have some Sonic in it, have some good music from a bad game: Solenna New City from Sonic 2006. It's a song I can't find a midi of: I've been trying to transcribe it for ages (for this thing), but just don't really have a good enough ear to finish it off.

To me, the music from Armored Core has always been excellent (except maybe in Last Raven). However, the music for AC5 is the exactly my kinda jam. I loving love the heavy use of distortion that makes the whole soundtrack sound gritty and robotic.
