that looks loving gross OP, please make better food choices they sell pre-washed ready to eat broccoli sprouts at most supermarkets, just keep a bag for midnight "snacks" instead of whatever you cooked up eating a cup of broccoli also provides awesome shits next morning so it's great on both ends, no need to thank me

Just for the record OP, I thought your snack looked pretty good; although more of a 'quite heavy breakfast' than a snack.

Me and my dad were checking out this hare krishna monastery and they insisted we have lunch w them and ate all this vegetarian food on these stepped lawns with peacocks and poo poo around was very nice. Broccoli on its own in a bowl dosent really make me feel the same way i think.

I do recipes from budget bytes. But I just graduated college so I don't have a ton of cooking stuff to make things better than skillets RN. What are tips on cooking chicken? I cut it up beforehand because I'm nervous about cooking it fully but I just learned here that it makes it dry (which it does)

I cut it up beforehand because I'm nervous about cooking it fully but I just learned here that it makes it dry (which it does) the best piece of chicken is a deboned thigh because it has enough fat to remain moist but the best way to cook a chicken breast is to butterfly it (cut it in half, but not all the way) and fry it for about 2 minutes in a pan then cover the pan in foil and finish it in the oven for about 8 mins. then take out the chicken put the pan back on the stove, add some diced shallots and deglaze the pan with a spirit and add some cream and herbs serve with rice. delicious

For the guy who asked about the chicken cooking. This is a very simple and tasty idea that cannot fail. 1. Rice on with water to cover 2. Trim chicken breasts if you live in a country with no western shops 3. Stir rice when it boils, lid on, and onto lowest heat 4. Trim and wash spinach 5. Chicken on a medium heat 6. Butter to baste 7. Blanch spinach 8. Chicken out and lardons and onion in 9. Deglaze with cognac or whatever you have 10. Cream 11. Parsley and a knob of butter to shine 12. Plate up 13. Eat 14.
